Upon closure of an Account for cause, pk395 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimately accrued real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited in all cases where a breach of Terms is confirmed.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pk395 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of standard withdrawal checks.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk395, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. pk395 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk395's licensing authority. The decision of the dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
pk395 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
